About me

Hi there! I am Devyani! I am a fitness coach, a nutritionist and a mom whose mission is to help women over 30 get in the best shape of their lives without the need to follow fad diets or spend hours doing cardio. My coaching includes a three-prong approach of balancing exercise programming with proper nutrition and behavior change.

With over a decade of exercise practice and trial and error combined with continuing education, I can confidently say that I have mastered the science of what ticks when it comes to women’s health and wellness. In my coaching practice, nutrition and mindset play an important role because the positive results from consistent exercise can be double-fold when coupled with the right nutrition and mindset.

It has been a journey for me - from exercise to fitness and then to wellness. A journey that needs to be enjoyed every step of the way, a journey that takes on a sustainable pace and a journey that I want to share with fellow women who are in the similar shoes that I was once. Fitness is a life-style that one can enjoy by developing new skills and life-long habits. And I am here to help you do that.
